A day with more activities. I had two short walks to meet the norm of 10,000 steps and added to that a 50-minute workout on the MyWhoosh platform.
For training, I chose the Anaerobic Intensive 25 sec plan, which involves riding in Zone 3 with five sprints at full power of 25 seconds each. Although these types of training seem very easy on paper, in practice they are very difficult because they simulate a constant load that is much higher than the amount invested.
For those who are interested in what a workout on MyWhoosh looks like, I recorded a short video of that workout that shows in a few minutes the stages of a gentle warm-up, then tagging in the threshold zone as well as sprinting with full force. It's interesting - check it out.
