Today was a very long and very tiring day so I won't write much about the activities I had. As short as possible, one very short walk and three rides. Out of that and one ride lasting almost 50 minutes and two slightly shorter one of what seems to me half an hour and one of only 15 minutes as recovery. As for the activity it was a good day but it's crazy at work so I can't wait to finish it.
Finally, as an illustration, not really connected with activities, but connected with this day, a photo that is a collage which Google sent me today to remind me of some beautiful lighthouses that I have visited over the years.
