Low Cadence Training and good news about MyWhoosh

One of those trainings that seem simple and easy on paper, but in practice they know how to get tired. An hour of driving in zone 3 with a very low cadence.

I rode the first series with a cadence of 60 revolutions per minute, the second with 55, and the third I tried to keep as close as possible to a cadence of 50. Anyone who has not tried it should do this kind of training once - pain in the quadriceps is guaranteed.

Today a good news from MyWhoosh - the long-awaited update and version 3.9.0 has arrived. In the new version, the most visible change is the user interface, which is now clearer and much nicer, in my humble opinion.

Apart from the visual improvements, I was happy to see the implementation of one of the options that I requested several times from their development team - better work with trainings, easier manipulation of the calendar, moving training sets and subsequent running of missed exercises.

If you haven't tried MyWhoosh, I recommend giving it a try. It's a growing competitor to big (and expensive) players like Zwift and Rouvio. Take the opportunity while it's still free!
