I didn't keep track of my activities over the weekend since I traveled for a couple of days. I visited the town of Arandjelovac and its surroundings and for a change I didn't count steps and calories. But that's why the first day after the weekend brought a little stronger activity.
Although according to the training plan, this day was marked as a Rest day or Easy ride, I decided to ride one of the tracks on the MyWhoosh platform that I have not driven so far. MyWhoosh rewards you with virtual in-app currency for kilometers traveled, meters climbed and, what's important here, for a full lap on one of the trails. You can use that funds to buy new bikes, unlock gear colors you like, and more. So, just a mild motivation to ride as many tracks as possible in the MyWhoosh virtual world.
For this trip, I chose Switzerland and the only track that currently exists in that country - Zurich. With about 460 meters of ascent in 27ish kilometers, it most definitely belongs in the mountain trails, and my goal this month is to improve riding uphill, so it fit in nicely.
Still, I drove relatively controlled and tried to stay in Zone 3 and Zone 4, although of course I had short jumps into the Zone 6. Good fun and a very interesting 90 minutes.
