MyWhoosh - Strength Endurance

Today is scheduled to be one of those training sessions that don't seem too hard on paper, but in practice they know how to sweat. The Strength Endurance workout consists of several series, each of which is initially driven at a low cadence, and after a little lactation in the muscles, a much heavier block follows, which should be driven at a very low cadence.

After three rounds of this torture, all I can say is that I'm really glad there's no fourth block :)

The ride is progressing well, although I took a day off, for good reason - I had to have a beer night with friends. Because of that evening spent drinking craft beer and enjoying excellent TecMex ribs, and how I deserved my punishment in the form of this workout.

Let's move on, the first week of training ends with this. Three more weeks to go before I assess progress with a fierce FTP test. I have to admit that I am eagerly awaiting the results!
