Back on Actifit stage since some months.
I had on march 2nd some surgery on my right shoulder.
Here is the situation now.
Now, pain is not so much so I'm able to walk and I decided, having a month of recovery, to walk and walk and walk.
I have to move carefully, of course, but I'm sure that I'll manage safely.
at the moment I started almost from scratch listening to my body for possible alarms but the first try was very good
