Hey guys!
I did a little jump training today.
I jumped a bit over 30 minutes while listening to heavy dubstep. The speed and pulse was on the moderate side.
The other activity was from the guarding tour at work last night. I'm also on a diet eating less or no carbs and I'm already under 90 kg in less than 3 days. No alcohol too.
