Hello friends!
This is my activity from yesterday. Once there is the guarding tour at work and I did work out at home.
I'm a little hyped because my body fat is lower and I got stronger and fitter overall. I started with some HIT and Tabata a few days ago beside my normal training. You see the Tabata workout below.
I did cut the carbs in my diet a bit too.
