It’s been a while since I’ve had a 10,000 step day. There are a lot of reasons why, one of the main ones being that I often don’t carry my phone with me throughout the day. Another being that I don’t get out for extended walks much these days.
Today, however, was different. The weather was beautiful and the cherry trees were in full bloom and none of my children had sports practice (very unusual), so we all walked two miles to the riverside, which is lined with cherry trees, and we enjoyed the fantastic view.
In addition to walking, I also did 140 push-ups today. I’ve been doing 100 a day since just before February, and I’m thinking about upping the count to at least 120 a day for April.
