Back at it again! First post since starting the new job and I’m glad to report I’m no longer in a sedentary position starting at a screen for hours at a time!
I’m got enough steps in to get a post today without even hitting the gym. But I have been pretty consistent with my strength training lately. Just taking some time out now to fuel my body a little more between workouts. Still need to work on my routine with the new job but everything is looking up for sure!
