Got enough steps for actifit post today! Gotta love that!
Hit legs today in the gym. Deadlifts, leg press, hamstring curls, and abductions. I got a little core work in too at the end. A little all over the place in the gym today, but in a good way.
I had been taking a couple of extra days off recently but I feel liked my body is ready to get back out there and hit it super hard again now that I’ve recovered some.
Fun time though… 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
