Forgot to charge my watch so I’m using yesterday’s steps. I got actually took the day off from the gym yesterday but just managed to stay busy.
But I hit legs pretty hard today. Hit some deadlifts, leg press, hamstring curls and abductions. I had a lot more in me for the workout than I thought I did before I started lifting and those strength and stamina gains were a lot of fun to work with as I got deeper into the workout.
Felt really good overall today though. I’m at the top of my training cycle tomorrow and really looking forward to pushing things throughout this next round of workouts. Having a lot of fun out here! 💪🏾
