I got a workout in yesterday during July 4th but I forgot to post it so I’m using those numbers to post today.
I had also been walking around with my watch dead all day today as well so it work out. Got a really good leg day in today. I should take a break but I’m in a crazy zone right now where I just can’t keep myself out of the gym. I’ve been building a lot of strength and having a lot of fun with it lately. Lots of compound movements for today’s leg day, squats, 45 leg press, and lunges.
Can’t wait to get back to this next week and take my working weight up. Your guy is getting strong y’all! 💪🏾
