I got done with my workout today and realized I forgot to post my numbers from yesterday… hopefully I get 2 post up today if I get my steps in. But had a really good leg day that I’m feeling today.
Felling good in the gym overall but I need to get somewhere with a free bar bad on my leg days. The smith machine just isn’t letting me get my gains how I’d like to. Hopefully I can get into a new gym soon…
