Got enough steps in to get a actifit post in today. I hit shoulders in the gym today. My lifts felt really good, just continuing to build. I’ve sore from previous workouts so shoutout to that! 💪🏾
Just gonna keep getting my workouts in and getting steps where I can. It’s crazy hot out but I’ll work through a little heat to get my steps for an actifit post. But that’s just me though… 🤷🏾♂️
