Completing day 3 of my Linux training from the confines of my home office brought a sense of accomplishment, yet it also highlighted the noticeable lack of movement throughout the day. Spending extended hours seated in front of the screen, absorbing complex concepts and commands, emphasized the importance of incorporating physical activity into my routine. The sedentary nature of remote learning underscored the need to counterbalance with regular breaks and movements. As I wrapped up the day, I made a mental note to prioritize short walks or stretching exercises to alleviate the effects of prolonged sitting.
