Completing the first week of Linux training feels like a significant accomplishment, but I've noticed a downside to the home office setup – the lack of movement. Transitioning from the daily walks to the office has taken its toll, leaving me feeling a bit sedentary. It's become clear that I need to find ways to sneak more activity into my routine. Perhaps short breaks for stretching or a quick walk around the block could make a difference. Finding balance between learning and staying physically active is key to overall well-being.
