Hello Hivers and Blurters,
Yesterday was a hellish day...a scripted Monday!
Apart from the fact that I forgot to validate the Actifit steps...but that was just the icing on the cake.
But last night my wife called me at 2:30 am.
I'll start by saying that she got Covid and was in quarantine, so my daughter and I were at my parents' house, while she was in quarantine at our house...mostly to protect my 80-year-old father with whom I have daily contact.
So she called me at 2:30 am because she had pain in one leg and it wouldn't go away even with strong painkillers, so much so that she couldn't sleep.
I went to pick her up and took her to the emergency room where first of all they swabbed her which fortunately came back negative (more than an hour to get the result of the swab) and then finally around 10:30 they put her on an IV with cortisone and she was finally able to rest.
At about 1:00 PM they finally discharged her.
I went to work and at 6:00 PM I left and started going around the pharmacies to find all the medications they had prescribed her.
I came home, made dinner and finally went to bed at 11:00 PM.
Not a bad day in the end...

Salve Hivers e Blurters,
ieri giornata infernale...un lunedì da copione!
A parte che mi sono dimenticato di convalidare i passi di Actifit...ma questa è stata soltanto la ciliegina sulla torta.
Ma ieri notte mi ha chiamato mia moglie alle 2.30 di notte.
Premetto che ha preso il Covid ed era in quarantena, quindi io e mia figlia eravamo a casa dei miei, mentre lei era in quarantena a casa nostra...più che altro per preservare mio padre 80enne con cui ho contatti quotidiani.
Quindi mi chiama alle 2.30 di notte perché aveva dolore a una gamba e non le passava neanche con forti antidolorifici, tanto da non riuscire a dormire.
Sono andato a prenderla e l'ho portata al pronto soccorso dove prima di tutto le hanno fatto il tampone che fortunatamente è risultato negativo (più di un'ora per avere il risultato del tampone) e poi finalmente verso le 10.30 l'hanno messa sotto flebo con il cortisone e finalmente è riuscita a riposare.
Verso le 13.00 finalmente l'hanno dimessa.
Io sono andato a lavoro e alle 18.00 sono uscito e ho iniziato a fare giri per le farmacie per trovare tutti i farmaci che le avevano prescritto.
Sono rientrato a casa, ho preparato la cena e finalmente alle 23.00 mi sono messo a letto.
Giornatina niente male insomma...
