It was an unusual day for me today. My brother in law graduated from Oxford University following his DPHIL, and my wife and I travelled up to Oxford to help him celebrate.
We parked at a park and ride car park and caught the bus in to our meeting place. I probably should have researched this a little better as the bus ride was only about a mile, and it would have been quicker to walk. (We did walk back later on).
We had a meal in Lula's, which is an Ethiopian and Eritrean restaurant.in truth, it definitely wouldn't have been my choice, but everyone else seemed to enjoy themselves.
Surprisingly, we were back home by about half 5, but after the drive, I couldn't muster the enthusiasm to go out for a walk.
