Oh dear, it was a very lazy day for me today. Obviously, like a politician, I'll blame something else. In this case, I'm fully blaming the general election.
I promised myself I would go to bed once the exit poll was released at 10 pm last night. Well, I was still tuned in well past midnight. It's not a good combination with getting up at 5:30 this morning.
After my first shift at work, I tuned back into the news channel to watch the change of government happening in real time. It's definitely not my most productive day, but luckily, I didn't fall asleep before I had to be back to work taking the kids home from school at 3PM.
Pictures of the birds in my front garden again today. You can probably tell it was another overcast drizzly day again.
