Another week starts, and my picture is again of the sunrise as I walked to work for my first shift. Once I finished my first shift, it started to rain just as i arrived home. That was annoying as I had planned to walk to my friends house to deliver a birthday card.
Following some breakfast, I decided to go for the walk regardless of the rain. It was only drizzle, and it gave me a chance to try out my new rain coat.
I had only gone a couple of hundred yards when the rain stopped, and although it was very overcast, it turned into a pleasant walk. It turned out that my friend was in, so my 5km walk took the best part of 2 hours, including a chat over a cup of tea.
I'll be trying for another jog tomorrow, and I'll obviously let you know how that goes.
