I'd be lying if I claimed today was a good day. I had a rough day. Mentally exhausting and emotionally challenging. I won't even bother to get into the details, let's rather focus on the antidote.
When the stress gets too much, into the forest I go. It's medicine! #takemorewalks #intotheforest. It was raining all day, but that didn't stop me, I needed to breathe!
These rainy days aren't quite what you'd wish for in the middle of summer, but it's exactly these days that make the greens even greener.
