This afternoon I went to take my walk in the fields one village over. But then I turned into a small patch of forest and discovered some feathered friends of the wooden kind.
Just randomly along the trail two owl sculptures standing guard with their watchful eyes.
That second one especially, with those inset marble eyes. Quite the stare!
