Remembering what to do about the process of not being able to sleep, your lack of motivation and lack of interest, it is a little complicated to be able to provide advice because I do not know your reality, but I can share with you from the experience that my students and the following have:
- It is important to think about doing something that drives you to get up every day, create a life goal and start with one step at a time, without rushing.
- It is also important to eat well, and disconnect from electronic devices at least two hours before going to sleep and perhaps read a page from a book, and do this in a disciplined manner, so the brain will understand that its bedtime ritual is beginning.
- Sunbathe, walk, rest, and enjoy what you see in your mirror because you are a beautiful young woman.
