Update Uganda

❤️❤️❤️ About a month ago I made a post about our helper Bosco.
The rewards from the post were intended for him.
At the same time, someone came up with the idea of helping Bosco to buy chickens again.
He had some before, but unfortunately they all died of an epidemic.
I asked Bosco how much chickens cost and whether he would like to have some again.
The price of chickens was too high at the moment, but he would like to, was his answer.

When he received the money from the post from us, he was delighted.
His wife Joan was beaming!

He shared the money with her and the two of them were bubbling over with ideas.
Joan wanted to buy a pig and Bosco was already thinking about the chicken coop.
We told him that he could do what he wanted with the money and that he didn't have to buy any animals with it.
He has four children and having a little money,
is quite good...

Joan really wanted to buy a pig from her share
and so they looked around the market.

Then they bought one.

It's called Kiconco, which means "gift".
Little Jill has fun too.

❤️❤️❤️ Vor ca. einem Monat hatte ich einen Post über unseren Helfer Bosco gemacht.
Die Rewards des Posts waren für ihn bestimmt.
Zur gleichen Zeit kam jemand auf die Idee, Bosco zu helfen, wieder Hühner zu kaufen.
Er hatte schon einmal welche, aber sie sind leider alle an einer Seuche gestorben.
Ich fragte Bosco, was Hühner kosten und ob er Lust hätte, wieder welche zu haben.
Der Hühnerpreis wäre momentan zu hoch, aber Lust hätte er, war seine Antwort.

Als er das Geld von dem Post von uns bekam, war die Freude groß.
Seine Frau Joan strahlte!
Er teilte das Geld mit ihr und die beiden sprudelten vor Ideen.
Joan wollte ein Schwein kaufen und Bosco war in Gedanken schon beim Hühnerstall.
Wir sagten ihm, dass er mit dem Geld machen kann, was er möchte und dass er keine Tiere davon kaufen muß.
Er hat vier Kinder und ein wenig Geld zu haben,
ist ganz gut...

Joan wollte unbedingt von ihrem Anteil ein Schwein kaufen
und so schauten sie sich auf dem Markt um.

Sie kauften dann eins.
Es heißt Kiconco, das bedeutet "Geschenk".
Auch die kleine Jill hat Spaß!
