I mean each to their own I just said I am glad I never paid money to go to hive fest as rly does not look like my kind of event at all and glad I got to see what its like a bit. If others enjoyed that/found it funny then it's money well spent to them.
It is different behind a screen isnt it ?
Plus it was free
Unless you mean hivefest events in real life and those people were really happy to be in , even the ones who hates hive today .
I watch tons of YouTube and watched many things behind a screen that I fully enjoyed. I didn't enjoy that, just saying. I didn't enjoy any of them tho not just marky mark one tried listening to 3 or 4 and not my kind of thing at all. Like I said different courses for horses I would personally prefer something that focused on the talents of the users and was more interactive and fun. I never felt that drawn to hive fest or even Steem fest I think I am glad that I didn't go, for me personally I think I would have been bored.
Those people participating in hivefest were the same people here on Blurt .
But ok .
why does that matter, I would find that kind of blurt fest boring too. Those dry unfunny speeches or talks about tech are just not something I would pay to go to there are tons of free ones here in London on meet-up with free food and drinks thrown in too. If I was going to a meet-up for a blogging channel I would want to see the talent of the posters like art work, djs, spoken poetry. This is dry as hell to me personally. It is ok to think differently you know.
Probably not funny for everyone , sure , i have spoken with cool people who really enjoyed it ..every countries and people have their own way to humour and happy get together .
But did you find it funny? I only saw About 2 likes on it and no positive comments so I’m guessing most didn’t. I just don’t know why it’s only them doing speeches like that. These platforms are full of talented entertaining presenters. But anyways silly going back and forwards. I didn’t enjoy that and glad I never spent lots of money going. We have some rly fun, free blockchain meet-ups In London with free food and drinks. I would love to see or help with a rly fun festival type meet-up tho that was fun and celebrated the bloggers. Maybe one speech from a founder. I would not enjoy these endless boring talks at all and sure there are others like me.

I actually dont find clowns funny , but very serious people to me are super funny .
Especially when they open up , they are full of emotions and it is lovely .
I mean the marky one was the worst as I think it was meant to be funny, not even informative, but to me that just wasn't funny, I really couldn't sit through that. I am sure hive has actual funny comedians on there who could go up and do a set. I really don't know why they don't just hand it over to the bloggers. Lots of talented ones.
I think he just wanted to participate , reading funny stories .
Marky can be really funny , he used to shower hive discord with memes when he was still believing in human connections and it was super duper hilarious i had a blast !
